Watch PAL dvds on Mits WS-48413 (1 Viewer)

I'm new here, so please forgive my stupid question.
I have a Mits Ws-48413, i wonder if i can watch Pal-dvds on this TV and how the PQ would look like (compared to NTSC). Thanks you.

You can't view PAL video on an NTSC display.

You would need a DVD player that converts the PAL signal to NTSC. Fortunately, those can be had fairly easily now here in the States. JVC makes a couple, so does Philips, and some cheaper makes and models. Look in the "Regional DVD area" for more info.
