Volume On My Laptop? (1 Viewer)

For some reason the volume on my laptop won't work....I can't get any volume out of this damn thing....please help, anything to look for....


BTW -- Yes, I have both WMP and the MAIN volume on, nothing is on MUTE.....AHHHHHHH

I don't know what to tell ya except to take it into a computer shop and have them look at it.

I finally figured it out...the volume on the side of the laptop (which I thought was for headphones) actually controlls all the volume...did anyone know this...this was new news to me....anyway, the side pannel was down, making no sound come out!

Don't you just hate it when you can't find the volume on a laptop? Every time I'm handed a new (or old) laptop, I spend a hell of a time finding the damn volume knob.
