Video card w/component out? (1 Viewer)

Are there any video cards with component out so I can connect my computer to my RPTV (Mits WT42311)?

I believe the newer ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon cards have component out, as a dongle.

You can also use a VGA-to-Component video transcoder box, like an Audio Authority 960 (I think that's the model) box. I have one, and it works. However, RPTVs tend to suck for use with a PC. Blurry text.

You will also need an application like PowerStrip to get the HDTV timings just right too...

Yes, and many of the non-AIW versions do as well (the dongle converts the DVI out into component, I believe).

I have it and the PQ went up considerably over SVHS connection.

And, although it was mentioned, Transcoders will convert VGA to component, and not lock you into a specific video card.
