Could someone list or provide a link to where I could find a list of all 18 versions of HTDV?

And, as you probably know by now, there are not "eighteen versions of HDTV." There are eighteen formats presently included in the ATSC specification. Two are high-def: 720p and 1080i.

Keep in mind not all of those are HDTV. There are 18 ATSC-sanctioned formats for DTV(Digital Television). 3 are SDTV (Standard Definition), 9 are EDTV (Enhanced Definition), and only 6 (1080i, 720p, and 1080p) are HDTV (High Definition).
