Hi everyone! This is my first post here and one of the reasons I signed up!

I have a Toshiba 36HFX72 HDTV. I used the THX optimizer on a DVD to tweak the display. The only thing I'm not sure about is what my televisions Color Temperature should be set to.

I have a Cool (very blue), a Medium (slight blue to intermediate), and a Warm (slight brown to sepia) setting. The television's preset Movie mode favors the Warm setting but I'm not sure if this is what I'm looking for.

Any help?

The Warm setting is supposed to be closest to correct. (Supposed to be)

The SMPTE standard for color temperature is 6500 K.
The warm setting on the Toshibas is the closest to 6500 K.
