Tried to order from Markertek (1 Viewer)

I tried to order Belden cable 1694A and 7710A today. Customer rep said that I had to buy the whole spool. I told him that I should be able to buy in increments of 100 feet. I said I wanted 300' of 1694A and 100' of 7710A. I also told him I heard of a $7.00 cutting fee. He semed to be unaware of any of this. Anyone else had the same experience? How do I go about ordering what I want? I also want all the connectors, etc. but not if I have to buy the whole spool. Thanks for any help in advance.

According to their website and the catalog Belden cable is only sold in 500 or 1000 ft. rolls. You can get Canare

cable in 100 ft. rolls. hope this helps

You might have better luck getting the cable from Anixter in smaller quantities.

Try www.haveinc.com. They'll charge the cutting fee, though.
