Toshiba SD-3750 plays sound on some discs not others (1 Viewer)

Hello all,

I have a Toshiba SD-3750. It's a great unit and hasn't given me any trouble until I bought the OSU National Champions DVD. It plays the video, but doesn't play any sound. All other DVD's appear to play just fine. The one thing that I noticed is that when the OSU DVD is in the DVD player the code M-2 is displayed on the DVD screen.

I have no idea what the problem is. I have looked online and in the manual to no avail. Any ideas?

Maybe it's because its the OSU National Champion DVD? I bet it would play the Syracuse NCAA Basketball Champ DVD or the 1997 Michigan Wolverines DVD just fine.

I have the same player and have never had any problems playing any DVD's. Have you tried it in another DVD player? Could be something weird about how the disc was made.
