You can't buy that SVS driver. It's listed for sale there as a replacement part. You have to be a current SVS owner to purchase one.

The Titanic is a very nice sub but from my modelling, it wants more amp than the one you picked out. I think the Dayton DVC 12" would be a better fit.

If you want to use that amp you will have to go with a more efficent ported design. If you want to go sealed you will need alot of power.

Bump up to a Rythmik 350 for a little more power and just a few more $$ and I'll bet you will be happy. The 250 works fine but the 350 will give you just a bit more headroom.

Thanks for the help. Looks like I'll go for the Rythmik 350.


BTW....what should I do about bracing the inside of the enclosure?

That driver is find for down firing. I'd put a brace from top to bottom and one from side to side if possible. If there's room its best to brace in all directions (front to back, side to side, top to bottom), but if not add where possible to reduce vibrations.
