I brought my XP30 a couple months ago and lately I don't like the XP30's design. I am wondering if the DVD-910 is worth to upgrade from the XP30? and if all the bugs that plagued the Denon DVD-900 are fixed in the Denon-910?

I don't have either player, but from what I've seen, read, and heard, I would advise against this move. Now, if you were looking to upgrade to the 1600, that would be a different story. I believe the 1600 will be closing out soon as it's replacement is on the way in the 1400??? I believe. You could probably start finding the 1600 at $400 or less at a B&M authorized dealer. Just my thoughts, though.
