Thinking about getting a sony HTD-DW820 (1 Viewer)

Its msrp is $600 usd, i know its not alot, but i dont need anything great, anyone have any other systems like this? in a $400-600 price range?
Is there something bad about this system i should know?

I heard this system once, and not in the proper atmosphere, but I can tell you there are much better systems for the money in the Home-theater-in-a-box (HTIB) market. I would look at the Kenwood 504 or others over this one. Sony's speakers were not up to par, if that sub was in a room over 12x15, it would not do the movie justice, and to top it off, the sound was very muddy from top to bottom.
Needless to say, even if you are not an audiofile, the only advantage this system has is its styling over many other systems. I would look at the Pioneer HTD-510DV over this one anyday.
