Tempest Design (1 Viewer)

Any thoughts on this design?
Single Tempest in a 9.5 cubic foot enclosure tuned to 16.5Hz via a 6" vent ~26.125" long.
I'm getting a f3 around 23Hz, shallow rolloff after. Am I missing anything? Also, does anyone have measured parameters for their actual Tempest (I want to see how differently it sims from the given #'s on Adires' site)
