Swamp Thing - any news on corrected version? (1 Viewer)

What is the latest on the Swamp Thing? I know it was pulled because of an incorrect rating on the package and some stink made by a mother. I thought MGM would release it soon afterwards with the correct packageing or at least a rating sticker overlay? Why haven't they returned it to the shelves yet?

I hope they're not planning on "correcting" the disc (by putting the PG version on it) instead of correcting the packaging.
