I think I read before that the Salkinds had challenged the use of some of the extras on the Superman DVD. The link below details pending legal action. Better get the DVD before it's too late!

Pueblo has indeed been "making noise" on this issue since shortly after the DVDs released. Funny that it took them this long to head to court. Frankly, I doubt they will prevail, but that's just the cynic talking. I have no idea about the details of the case, so anything's possible from where I sit.

Salkind's business dealings are the problem here, and it looks like WB might not have known about the intricate details. WB could be in trouble here.

this could cuase more problems for the superman 2: director's cut release dvd.. if that ever happens.

If someone would buy the rights to the life story of the Salkinds and put it on TV as a weekly sitcom, I'd watch religiously.
