Should I sell this old Mac online? (1 Viewer)

I've got an old Macintosh SE that a friend wanted me to unload for them.

I thought about selling it on Ebay, but I have no idea if I should even bother doing so. What is this thing worth? From what I can see, I have all of the necessary hardware, software, and peripherals.
She also gave me an Apple ImageWriter II printer to go with it. This relic weighs a ton! If the computer is worth selling, I may just sell it alone and scrap the printer, because it feels like it would cost an arm and a leg to ship the ImageWriter.
