Samsung q850d sound bar has no sound (1 Viewer)

I have an lg c4 tv and just hooked up the HW-q850d. The receiver and subwoofer have a solid blue light but I can only get sound from the sound bar. Any suggestions on how to get sound from the two back speakers and sub? Do I need to download an app?

There isn't enough here to really flesh out the cause but you shouldn't need any apps to make it work, between the remote and the wireless module that should be all it takes to use them. It seems more like there is a missing connection between the soundbar and the wireless module if it's showing all the wireless components connected. It may be worth simply stating from scratch - unplugging/resetting all the connections and setting it up again to see if you can get that missing connection.
