It probably wouldn't bother most people. Most people probably wouldn't even notice it. But I would see the screen darken if the brightness of the video changes on my Samsung tv. It was really annoying. So, I read online that if you rename the hdmi input to PC, it would keep this from happening. The problem is, when you do this, most of the screen options are greyed out, leaving you with just brightness control and a few others. The colors are a bit washed out. There is no way to fix this, is there ? Or maybe a way to keep it on the normal hdmi setting and having the same options, but just stopping the screen from global dimming ?
