Reminders Don’t Always Chime? (1 Viewer)

On my iphone 11 reminders don’t always chime and I miss them. This afternoon, my watch 6 vibrated and so did my phone, but no chime. I’ve checked settings and everything looks good. Anyone else having this problem?

Make sure you don’t have your Watch set to Movie mode or some other do-not-disturb mode. I’ve gone a week without getting alerts and that was why.

I guess I’m going to have to check this daily. For some reason the Bell was crossed out on my watch. I don’t remember doing it. If an appt did it, wouldn’t it enable the alarm after the appointment? Otherwise I’m fumble fingering some how.

You're not enabling Focus modes are forgetting to disable them are you? Or maybe you toggled the Watch alarm off by accident and didn't notice it?

When all else fails, restart all devices and see if it persists.

There are weird little bugs that affect small numbers of users. Something might be glitchy for you. If so, you'll have to pay close attention to see if you can find the pattern and then possible path to remedy.
