Red Jaggies in picture on SVideo (1 Viewer)

I got a Pioneer DVD player .

I have red overshoot on the edges, especically on the faces when using the SVideo input, line in video no problems.

Reducing the picture/color helps alittle.

Someone told me it is common for the Pioneer , maybe I should take it back , he recommends Panasonic .

My guess would be the player. I'm having the same problem you are but with a Marantz player. I'm waiting on a new player to exchange it for. This is my third player and the only one to have this problem with the reds. Like you said on people's face,I notice it most around the mouth.

An exchange might be the solution.

Actually, I had the same problem on my old panasonic a110. Of course, that is an older player.
