I'm in the market for an HDTV but am limited, due to space, to a 32" model. I'm certain that this unit will not be on a par with a rptv. I'm just looking for a good picture for watching dvd's and mainly standard 4:3 broadcasting. We may get a OTA STB too, but it will be a while.
I'd appreciate any suggestions that you may have. I'm planning to purchase the set before the end of June.
Thanks!
Jeff

If you check the latest Home Theater magazine(6/2001), they have a caparison of 32" HDTV sets. The Sony 32"XBR, Panasonic CT-32HX40, RCA MM32110, Samsung TSK3092WF and Princeton Graphics AR3.2T.
I have the Panasonic 32HX40 which I like a lot. There are some problems with the set that you can find by searching this forum. Geometry issues, SVM, etc. Even with that, I would still recommend it. The update to it, the CT-32HX41 should be available now also, you might look into that.
Good luck with whatever you choose.
