Quick reply needed for Pre/Pro selection (1 Viewer)

My friend is convinced that seperates is the way to go and does not care much about 6.1 processing. He is getting a brand new Marantz AV560 for $500 and he can also get a HK Signature 2.0 for $550. Both of them include taxes and everything else. Which one of these 2 would you recommend and why?

If he can get the great remote with the 560 he should go for it. Otherwise, I would opt for the Sig.
