I was thinking of ordering some keep cases to replace all of my flipper boxes. Can you just take apart the flipper box and place the cardboard cover material in the plastic sleeve? Or would I have to find scans and print them on regular paper?

You would have to print, or you'd have an oversize piece of cardboard bent up and stretching out the plastic.
