Problem with my samsung txl3676 ? (1 Viewer)

I'm not even sure if those are problem, that's why I ask here. Each time I change channel, the tv do two quick flash like if it has autocolor correction, but there isn't. I read that there was a feature for limiting white level and something about black.......could this be it kicking in at each channel change?
On another note there seem to be a constant humming noise coming from the tv, even when the tv is at mute.......is this normal?

Hey Robert, I have the 32" version of same TV, and see the same flicker....not sure if it's something to worry about or not. Just thought I'd let you know you aren't alone
