Panasonic vs. Pioneer video question (1 Viewer)

Hello HTF gang,

I have wanted at multi format DVD player for some time now, and I noticed that Best Buy is closing out the Pioneer DV-563A, so I picked one up. My current DVD player is a Panasonic RP91. I love the 91, but I also want to be able to play SACD. My question is, will I notice a drop off in video or audio quality watching DVD video switching to the Pioneer? Anyone out there used both? Thanks for your help.

Haven't used either, but can't you use both of them at the same time? I have a similar setup- one player for DVD, the other for DVD-A.

Ya, I thought of that, but my equipment rack is full right now, and I don't have room to expand.
