Panasonic Rebate Question (1 Viewer)

I just received a Panasonic DVD player which is eligible for the $30.00 rebate as well as the five Blockbuster cards. The two rebates each have their own mail in form which go to different addresses. On both forms it says you need to include the original UPC code from the box the DVD player came in. I'm only finding one UPC code on the box. How do you send in both rebates with only the one original box code to use?

Anybody else notice this? Am I missing something or is there a way to do this and be eligible for both rebates?

A customer service rep told me to send in a copy of the UPC code for the $30 rebate, and the original for the movies.

That's what I did. Hope both items come, especially the $30 rebate.
