Who besides me would like to see this much maligned bit of cheese see the light of day on our beloved format.

I've been wanting to see this for years in it's original 2.35:1 aspect ration, seeing as it's only been available in pan & scan on VHS & Laserdisc. An anamorphic transfer would be excellent. I love big animal/sea creature/nature gone wrong movies.

I'd also like to see Tentacles on DVD, but last I heard MGM couldn't find a decent widescreen master.

Hi,
I have the German R2. :)
The picture is anamorphic WS and looks surprisingly good, given the film's age and... well... popularity. I'm sure it'll make its way on R1 eventually.
