I did some research a while back about bi-wire, but after I posted this I did some more...doesn't seem like anyone is really for it. :) Maybe its just a waste of time.

You may be right. My A/V Receiver supports it as does my front speakers. For the sake of an extra run of speaker cabling, I went ahead and bi-wired mine.

Is there a sound difference? Possibly not, but also possibly (I haven't bothered doing a comparison test). But the upshot is I have the option, and it was only the cost of an extra 12' of speaker cable.
