I thought the AP was a reputable journalism organization, but they couldn't even make a simple connection. Sharon Anderson is Thomas A. Anderson's sister! She is the sister of The One! The hippopotamus was obviously an agent set out to kill all relatives of Neo, but she was too powerful for him, and who would believe that something the size of a human being could create a massive dent in a car? The hippopotamus is just part of the cover-up.
