Just purchase the model urc 8017 all for one.

It seems to work ok but can't get it to cycle through
panasonic sa-he9. Any help would be appreciated.

If it won't do this, it is not much good. Instructions aren't great.

I can't answer your question but I can point you to some web sites to look at. www.remotecentral.com has a One For All Remote forum. You can post your specific question there and maybe get some help. If you go into that forum and search for 8017 there are a couple of threads. Apparently the 8017 is a Canadian clone of the U.S. model 8011 and some people have reported problems getting their equipment to work with the 8017.
You can also look at www.hifi-remote.com which has a manual that was written by a guy that frequents remotecentral. It contains all you need to know to program your remote.
