New Mits 65807 setup help (1 Viewer)

My father just purchased a Mits 65807 16:9 set. It arrivied yesterday. Just wondering what needs to be done next. The contrast level has been turned down. Looking for ways to tweek it for best picture quality. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The first thing that you should do is buy a copy of Avia's Guide to Home Theater. It's a DVD that will help you calibrate your whole system. When you've finished the calibration, head on over to Home Theater Spot and look for the Mitsubishi Tweaks forum. This will give you detailed information on what you can do to get your Mitsubishi looking the best. I just purchased a Mitsubishi WS-65907 so I'm currently going through the same process.
