New DVD player for Toshiba 50H82 (1 Viewer)

New TV needs a new DVD player. My current Philips doesn't have progressive scan or even component video output, so I'm onto my third DVD player.

These are some I've considerred. Please let me know which you like best, and if you have other suggestions I'm open. Please highlight any problems:

Toshiba SD-K710
Malata DVP-520
JVC XVS502SL
Sony DVPNS715P

Currently I'm leaning toward the Toshiba (as the TV is Toshiba) or the Malata (as it does multi region and pal-ntsc conversion).

The Toshiba 3800 or 3805 are two very good budget progressive players that will matchup nicely with your new TV.

I just got the 3805 for $178 for a friend who also just purchased the Toshiba 50H71 TV. BTW I have the Toshiba 6200 which is sill a very good player after 3 years of owning it.
