$65 shipped to lower 48 states; other locations cost more.
I have a 104 inch (8'8") length of this cable which has a blue cover and has no connectors on the ends. This cable seems comparable to the BetterCables Silver Serpent RGB cable which costs around $170 with connectors and mesh covering. Someone who is handy with soldering or adding connectors to cables can buy this and end up with a top notch performing RGB cable for much less than that.

It is a bit dirty from laying on my office storeroom floor for about 6 months, but otherwise intact.
Here is AudioQuest's description of this cable:
The RGB 1.0 uses HCF insulated solid Silver-Plated Long Grain Copper (SP-LGC) conductors in a symmetrical design. RGB 1.0 is actually five identical 75 cables which together carry the video information. Each of the five cables uses a symmetrical design: in addition to a foil and braided shield, the ground uses a 24 awg SP-LGC conductor which is identical to the center conductor.
