A search does not reveal anything and this was very popular on the After Hours Lounge.

I was trying to see how many would post. I spent some time of this list.

Did we lose it in the new server switch?

Lee, originally I merged your two threads yesterday. I assume one of my colleagues took it a logical step further and merged the merged thread with the existing thread (keeping track of this? ).
