MGM/UA have released a number of their Billy Wilder movies on DVD, but the one I'm really waiting for is 'The Private Life Of Sherlock Holmes'. This was one of Wilder's finest achievements, and it deserves to be on DVD, if possible with the same extras that appeared on the Image laserdisc release. How about it, MGM?

I'm with you on this one Bruce. I'd love to see a DVD with as much original footage as MGM can get their hands on. All of Wilder's films should be on DVD especially this one (and One, Two, Three & Ace in the Hole).

I'd buy it in a hearbeat provided that MGM does the film justice with the DVD presentation.
