Looking for suggestions to replace my 4:3 CRT Hitachi 32Udx10s (1080i).
My issue is well for the most part the picture is still stunning and i'm looking for something as good if not better PQ wise. I have not been impressed with DLP (whole bub issue) nor Plasma (burn in issues).
I would like to stay with a CRT of some sort but unable to make up my mind. I just saw a Toshiba 57HX93 and had high hopes but alas the PQ was not equal to my hold Hitachi. I was not sure if it was due to calibration but the user had used Avia. The PQ was more "life like" and not the vibrant color i'm used to.
HELP!!
I have decided to go with a 57 to 60" system. I watch DVD's mostly and have HD cable.I don't mind looking for a older system since the PQ of some tube blow away LCD/DLP and some Plasma's. Thats no issue.
I want a DVI port at least and a HDMI would be ok but i'm not picky.
