Looking for best 43-50" 4:3 HDTV for ~ $2K (1 Viewer)

I'm currently looking for a 43" or 50" 4:3 HD RPTV. I want to spend between $1,700 and $2,000 dollars. What is the best choice?

Which ever one you like the best. For me, it was the Panny 47" for $1570. For other's is different.

I want to get that set, but I can't get myself to buy a major piece of electronics from an online store.

Stretch your budget a little and go for the HItachi 53UDX10B. Best picture with standard definition material like cable. They all look great with HD or progressive DVD.
