Is American Idol a good DVD worth getting? (1 Viewer)

I got it for 11.99 at Circuit City and I still haven't opened it. Wanted to hear others opinions before I opened it.

Did you like the show? It really just is a bunch of mediocre pretty faces (badly) covering old songs

OK, I opened the DVD. They have a section with extras that show some of the contestants returning insults to Simon et al. It had me laughing harder than and movie I've seen in quite a while.
