I would definitely lower your rear surrounds as they are way to high up on the wall. Basically the same height as your front speakers wouldn't be bad.
I'm kind of screwed there. They are in wall and sound pretty good. I was more wondering if I put more power and a separate processor that I would increase the separation and have a very crisp sound. Am I wrong?

It wouldn't mater if you used a preamp processor and amplifiers. I realize they are inwall but you should be able to relocate them lower on the wall. The problem of being to high up on the way is getting not only an even pan around the room when something moves around. But also if you had Atmos height speakers it would be to close to those speakers.
