I'm in the process of designing my built-in entertainment unit and am planning on putting two rack mounts on either side of my wide screen. Since there will be no access from the back, they will need to slide out. Also, they will be several feet of the ground, so they will need to be self-supporting. The only ones I have found are at Smarthome.com. (http://www.smarthome.com/8746srxx.html) Anyone know of other sources or other ways of accomplishing this?
Also, any thoughts on heat dissipation with two racks of equipment and a Toshiba TW65X81 all built in?
Thanks,
Clay

Clay,
I think the folks are Smart Homes are offering up the
Middle Atlantic solutions @ http://www.middleatlantic.com
Another option, to consider are the racks from AVRAK, @
http://www.avrak.com
In either case, it's still going to be expensive.
As for cooling, I haven't gone in-wall so I don't have any kind of an answer for you.

The Middle Atlantic stuff John was talking about is distributed by Milestek among others. Their website is www.milestek.com. I'm in a very slow process of doing my basement (where my 3rd system will go) and wanted some in the wall media storage and they also make stuff meant to go into 19 inch racks for CDs and DVDs that I will use recessed into the wall.
