In Jim Mickle’s brilliant hybrid of science fiction and thriller, Boyd Holbrook stars as a Philadelphia police officer who finds himself on the hunt for a strange serial killer after a series of murders shake the city to its core. I believe it comes to Netflix in the fall, Johnny. I loved Mickle's previous film Cold in July which I highly recommend to lovers of neo-noir. Really a great picture. You could check that out while you are waiting.
