After tossing my $200 total budget out the window, I went and bought myself an Alpine CDM-7874 CD/receiver for my car. (bought and installed at Circuit City - I don't trust myself with car audio!)
Now I need some new speakers.
Need: 2 4" fronts ; 2 5.25" rears
I do not want a sub.
What does everyone recommend?? I don't want to spend a fortune - maybe around $150 for the speakers. I'm willing to buy new or used, offline, online, etc.
