How good a CD player is the Denon 2900? (1 Viewer)

Lewis, nobody is saying the 2900 isn't a really good player, it is

Rachael it wouldn't matter to me,since I buy what I like and need, not what someone else do/don't recommend/like. I had specific reasons why I needed this player,and why others didn't "qualify".However for pure sound quality the choice would be a lot broader, no doubt.

Now that's a smart statement. Buy what you like. Of course, if people here ask for advice, we are all entitled to give our opinion (preference).
