Is there a widescreen version of this movie ?

I saw it at BJ's Wholesale for $13.99 but only full screen.

No, unfortuantely not. This was one of Buena Vista's first family releases back in 1997/1998, when they were primarily pan and scan. Homeward Bound was never even letterboxed on LD. (But Homeward Bound II was.)

Daniel L is right. Fortunately it appears that the sequel will be 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen on DVD.

The first "Homeward Bound" was letterboxed on LD (99% sure!)
