SCREW EM, it sound like this guy has"little man syndrome"Like stated earlier,FCC laws etc.Im afraid if it was me,I would learn ALL the HOA rules and push the limit on all of the for a month or so ,just to let "BOZO"know what a colossal prick I can be .Then he will the thankfull for just the dish
