I can't help but feel serious pity for that person. What kind of life do you have where you can get to that size without anybody in your life being able to help you. Her partner seems to have tried to help but how hard could he have been trying. If you can't get off the couch, somebody's gotta be feeding you enough to sustain that much weight.
