hi im going to show you what i bought and hopefully you can tell me what im missing and how to set up my home theater system

if this is my system as of now, and i want to be able to hook my surround system to my cable box (verizon HD) and xbox 360
what else would i need?

Well, you need 3 HDMI...and enough speaker wire(if not included with the speakers)...
That is it.
The Box and Xbox both go to the AVR, then the AVR connects to the TV.
