I have a question about Time Warner Cables HDTV offerings in columbus, OH. I have a Toshiba TW40H80 HDTV READY set, but not a set top decoder for receiving HDTV signals. I see that HDTV through time warner requires a special set top box. Is this the only box i would need in order to receive HDTV through Time Warner, or would i need their box, in addition to a set top HDTV decoder box. Thanks a lot if anyone can clear this up for me.

If I am not mistaken, all you need is their (TW) HD digital decoder. This box outputs via component cables to one of the theater inputs on your Toshiba.
You only need the separate set-top box if you want OTA (over the air) HD feeds, or as part of a HD sattelite system.

Thanks a lot. That was kind of the conclusion I had come to from reading Time Warner websites for other cities. The website for columbus was no help whatsoever.
