HDMI ARC audio extraction to Sonos Amp and an optical soundbar. (1 Viewer)

Are there any splitters out there that output both HDMI ARC and Optical?

I am having trouble with a new TV I purchased. I have an LG G3 and prior to switching, my previous LG would play audio through both the HDMI ARC to my Sonos amp (to hardwired speakers) and send audio to by soundbar via optical simultaneously. It gave me a true surround sound experience. Now the new TV only does either/or. I bought a cheap HDMI ARC audio extractor to hopefully spit the sound but the Sonos Amp did not recognize the HDMI output from the splitter as an ARC input.

Does the Sonos amp only have an ARC input? Nothing else?

The Sonos amp has an RCA input but my TV does not have that output. Vice versa the soundbar does not have a RCA input
