It's been over 15 years since I switched to a futon mattress on a floor. It's almost impossible for me to sleep on a conventional western bed. I blow through these things (futon mattresses) though at least every 1-2 years. Any recommendations please?

When I bought my futon a couple years ago, I was set on a "Cloud 9" memory foam mattress. I did extensive research and thought that was my best option. When I went to the futon store to buy the frame and mattress, I tested several different mattresses, including my top choice. I did not like the "Cloud 9" when compared to others. I chose an innerspring futon mattress due to personal preference and highly recommend them. My mattress shows no signs of wearing out. You could try futonlife.com for up to date information.
