This includes:
- the 501 receiver unit
- Two (2) UHF/IR remotes

- One (1) Toslink optical cable for the dolby digital output
- clean dish network card (no balance)

I am the original owner of this unit, and it has a zero balance on the card; it has been used in my home theater for about a year and a half. I am selling it because I am leaving the country soon and will not be using Dish where I am going.
