It was to my displeasure that I turned to the sitcoms "That's So Raven" on Disney and the new Mary Kate & Asheley sitcom. The framerate was somewhere between 30 and 24 fps and I wanted to know if anyone knew what it was.

most shows are either 24 (if shot on film) or 29.97 (if shot on video). Pretty much everything that isn't live is done on film these days, so i'd guess the former.
